H-lifting beam low THX-II
The H-shaped lifting beam has additional cross beams at the ends of the longitudinal beam. This lifting beam allows the safe lifting of loads with 4 load suspension points and ensures even weight distribution. In the flat version, the cross beams are mounted above the main beam, thus ensuring a particularly low height and reduced vertical space requirement.
H-shaped lifting beams are used in various areas of logistics and intralogistics, e.g. for transporting prefabricated concrete parts, room cells, machines, pipes and for loading large loads onto ships, trains or trucks.
The lifting beam has a central suspension ring for attachment to the crane. On the H lifting beam with variable gripping width, the cross beams and the safety swivel hooks are attached to adjustable brackets, allowing the working area to be variably adjusted in length and width. The adjustability enables a much wider range of applications compared to a rigid load spreader beam, as diagonal pull on attachment points is generally only permitted to a very limited extent.

The scope of delivery includes operating instructions, safety instructions, CE declaration of conformity and test protocols in digital version, as well as a printed quick reference guide. Our lifting beams are usually delivered by freight forwarding company.

Made in Germany - LOADLIMIT® lifting beams offer quality and safety and comply with current standards. The load beams have a high-quality finish and are painted with a robust 2-component varnish (RAL 1023 traffic yellow).
Slings & chains
Additional lifting gear such as ropes, chains, straps or lifting slings are usually used to attach the load. You can also find a selection of suitable slings in our store.
Operation of the lifting beam
The lifting beam is first attached to the crane with the upper crane suspension. Then the lifting beam is moved over the load and the load is fixed to the load attachment points with suitable slings. Diagonal pull on the load hooks is only permitted to a limited extent. Depending on the design, some very large loads are lifted with the beam lifting beam. Therefore, it is essential to observe the operating instructions. Both the crane and the other lifting gear must guarantee the necessary load-bearing capacity!
