Details
The Yalelift spur gear block and tackle combines modern design with technical innovation. The robust construction distinguishes the model series for a wide range of applications. The integrated load pressure brake secures the load in any position.
The enclosed, robust sheet steel housing with four stud bolts withstands even the toughest conditions and allows outdoor use. The extremely low overall height allows maximum use of the lifting height.
The chain guide and gear unit are enclosed. This protects the internal gear parts even during rough outdoor use. The hardened and tempered load chain sprocket with four precisely formed chain pockets ensures precise running of the load chain.
The 360° hand chain guide allows the block and tackle to be used in all positions and from all angles, even in confined spaces. Even laterally, the Yalelift 360 can be operated from any position and can thus be used for horizontal pulling and clamping work. The operator is no longer forced to work in the danger zone of the load, as was previously the case.
The Weston-type load pressure brake is still used today in all manual hoists worldwide. With this principle, the axial braking pressure is caused by the load itself and is therefore always proportional to the magnitude of the load, while the load is always held securely in any position.
During lowering, the difference between the braking torque and the load torque must first be overcome in order to release the brake. During the complete lowering process, the brake is always closed by the attached load.
Galvanized or yellow chromated round steel chain according to all valid national and international regulations. They are optimally matched to the load sprocket and ensure safe and long-lasting operation of the unit.
The standard equipment also includes forged carrying and load hooks made of aging-resistant high-alloy tempered steel, which open in case of overload without breaking. The hooks, which are equipped with robust safety bars, can be rotated through 360°.
