The right lifting beam for every load

Lifting beams with fixed hooks are less expensive. However, beams with adjustable load hooks allow greater flexibility. Bigbags weighing up to 2,000 kg are lifted safely and dimensionally stable with the bigbag lifting beam. Cages up to 3,000 kg weight can be transported safely with the pallet cage lifting beam. The forklift beams enable the forklift truck to be used as a crane for loads up to 5,300 kg.

Often a simple beam with a fixed gripping width is sufficient. However, if the size of the loads varies or if the vertical attachment of the load is particularly important, adjustable lifting beams, i.e. load beams with adjustable load attachment points, are used. For this purpose, we supply various beam lifting beams, cross beams, star beams and H-beams, also with adjustable hook spacing.

Turning the load with the turning device

The upper end of the spectrum is formed by the turning device, also known as a turning beam or rotating beam. This makes it possible not only to lift and transport loads, but also to rotate the load through any angle without vibration and damage. To balance the load, both the crane mount and the mount for the belts are horizontally adjustable. The operation is comfortable and safe by radio remote control.

To use the forklift truck as a crane, you need a safe lifting device - the forklift beam. A forklift beam is equipped with fork holders, so that the beam can be safely mounted on the forklift. Our standard lifting beam has a central hook in the middle, but other attachment points are also possible.

Big Bags are often used for the transport of loose materials or textile raw materials. For a problem-free storage of the big bags it is necessary that the big bags are transported dimensionally stable. Therefore, the attachment to a crane or forklift truck is best done with our big bag cross beam, which is available in different sizes.

Pallet cages are often used to transport smaller products or semi-finished products. The advantage of pallet cages is their high stability and stackability.
