Stacking pallet lifting beam from LOADLIMIT®
With the stacking pallet lifting beam you can move stacking pallets of type TP (for 2 Euro pallets) from LOADLIMIT quickly and safely with the overhead crane. The load capacity of 5,000 kg allows the transport of even heavily loaded pallets. You need other dimensions? Ask us, we are manufacturer and will be happy to advise you!

Stacking pallets can be used both as heavy-duty shelving and as a transport device.
Stack and move the pallets simply by crane with the help of the special lifting beam - loaded or unloaded.
Use your storage area in all three dimensions including areas otherwise inaccessible to forklifts. Only one person is required for operation.

Transport of loaded pallets
Thanks to the solid construction, the pallets can also be transported loaded. The load must be suitable for this and secured against falling.
Transport of long loads
For the transportation of long loads, two stacking pallet traverses can be connected by a beam traverse or moved with two cranes in tandem operation.
Transport of palettes as a stack
Due to the solid construction, the pallets can be transported loaded. But empty pallets can even be transported together as a stack.
Crane suspension adjustable
The crane suspension is realized by a horizontally adjustable crane eye and allows the to balance the load, in a grid of 60 mm.
Safe pick up of the pallets
The lifting beam has special shape-fitted holders for the stacking pallets. Unintentional unhooking is prevented by a safety device with a bow handle.

Made in Germany - LOADLIMIT® lifting beams offer quality and safety and comply with current standards. The load beams have a high-quality finish and are painted with a robust 2-component varnish (RAL 1023 traffic yellow).
Scope of delivery
The scope of delivery includes operating instructions, safety instructions, CE declaration of conformity and test protocols in digital version, as well as a printed quick reference guide. Our lifting beams are usually delivered by freight forwarding company.
Approval drawing / CAD data
After ordering, you will receive 2D release drawings as PDF, for checking and confirming the order. We do not publish 2D/3D CAD models of lifting beams in general.
