Forklift lifting beam from LOADLIMIT® - online configuration
With the forklift lifting beam from LOADLIMIT, the forklift becomes a crane. The lifting beam is available in three sizes and with a load capacity of 2,000 to 5,300 kg. The standard equipment consists of a central swivel hook for the load and an optional suspension ring for the crane. Configure and order the lifting beam according to your requirements.
Forklift mounts
Choose one of 3 sizes - for tine profile 150 x 80 mm, 210 x 120 mm or 300 x 200 mm. The mounts feature horizontal locking of the forklift tines and a chain to secure the lifting beam to the forklift.
Crane suspension
If required, the forklift lifting beam can be supplied with a top-mounted ring for the crane suspension.
Load attachment
The load is attached by the centrally mounted swivel hook with safety latch.

Safety
Made in Germany - LOADLIMIT® lifting beams offer quality and safety and comply with current standards. The load beams have a high-quality finish and are painted with a robust 2-component varnish (RAL 1023 traffic yellow).
Scope of delivery
The scope of delivery includes operating instructions, safety instructions, CE declaration of conformity and test protocols in digital version, as well as a printed quick reference guide. Our lifting beams are usually delivered by freight forwarding company.
Approval drawing / CAD data
After ordering, you will receive 2D release drawings as PDF, for checking and confirming the order. We do not publish 2D/3D CAD models of lifting beams in general.
Lifting beam for the forklift
The forklift lifting beam is used when lifting equipment and loads should be attached to forklift tines. This allows the forklift to be used almost like a crane. The swivel hook with safety latch ensures fast and safe load attachment.
Operation of the forklift lifting beam
The forklift lifting beam is simply slid onto the forks of the forklift, the beam is locked with clamping screws and secured with the safety chain against unintentional slipping (e.g. during braking of the forklift). The load can then be attached to the swivel hook of the lifting beam and lifted with the forks.
